Channels of Grace - Worship II
(Ps 147)

Remember:
“Prayer focuses on the problem”
“Praise focuses on the provision”
“Worship focuses on the PROVIDER”

This week we continue on with worship and how we deepen and grow in our worship. (Ps 147:1) We worship God not because He is useful ... but because He is Beautiful! i learned that God will never, never, never, never, leave you! That's a powerful message in worship as you sing out the words that are taken from scriptures, you know that God now is truly changes our lives for the better if we know who we put in the pulpit - The person or God?
Once a visiting minister, Warren’s brother substituted for the popular pastor, Rick Warren. A large audience had already assembled to hear Rick, and when the substitute pastor stepped into the pulpit, several disappointed listeners began to move toward the exits. That’s when the minister stood and said loudly, “All who have come here today to worship Rick Warren may now leave the church. All who have come to worship God keep your seats!” And many turned back ... We have not come together this morning to worship the preacher, the music, the singers, or the instruments, but God and God alone.

Worship should never stop at any moment as our lives are filled with different emotions due to different events, root yourself in God and your focus on the Provider in which God's beauty when we are drawn upon it is life-transforming. i have been forgetful that God is a God whom never never forget us. As we discover God as beautiful and not just useful when we realize that we are dearly loved, will never be forsaken because He was forsaken for our sake. So i will continue to boast about Him throughout my days - He is the way, the truth, and the light (Jn 14:6).

Hebrews 13:5 (Amplified)
… for He [God] Himself has said, I will not in any way fail you nor give you up nor leave you without support. [I will] not, [I will] not, [I will] not in any degree leave you helpless nor forsake nor let [you] down (relax My hold on you)! [Assuredly not!]
